Place the tape measure around your dog's neck while standing, exactly where the collar should sit. The adjustment range consists of 3 holes – the middle hole should correspond exactly to the measured neck circumference. To the left and right of it, there is one more hole each for sufficient play. This eliminates an unnecessarily large adjustment range, and almost the entire length of the collar can be used for a harmonious, lovingly designed look.
